The different type of athletics we have right at ULM, of course football. Everybody loves football. We love to tailgate at the grove behind the football fields like kind of like tradition here. Soccer, beach volleyball, regular volleyball, women's basketball, men's. While at ULM, I have attended almost every women's and men's basketball games and football games. The spirit is always good at the games, the interaction between the Hawkline, the band, the teams, the cheerleaders, the students section. I'm a member of The Sound of Today, which is our marching band. One of my favorite parts about game day is pregame. I just like getting on the field before the game playing the fight song for the team to run out. And it's really exciting to see the whole crowd ready for the game to start. I've also been a member of the Technical Fowls, which is our basketball pep band. And the basketball games are really really hype all the time. That's kind of where we get to let loose and just really have a good time. So actually here my freshman year, I enjoyed the experience with that, cheering at all the football games, the lights and everything. We love that and they do a lot of promotional things around the community. All of that was an experience I've never experienced before. I loved it, made great friendships that I'm still friends with them here. It's always a nice experience to see the school spirit. See everybody come together for these events. There's a spirit of togetherness at ULM that I just don't think you can match.
